Ladies Fitness Class this morning was AWESOME!!!! Conventional Deadlifts, Safety Bar Squats, and Sumo KettleBell Deadlifts. Afterwards, ladies met with the nutritionist and got some great info to jump start their new weight loss program!
Our Ladies Fitness Classes are committed to provide a comfortable, yet challenging new way to attain your fitness goals. Classes are set in a group setting that allows all members, regardless of fitness level and experience to enjoy a variety of movements and exercises. |

Hey! We have a Flat Screen T.V. in our Cardio area now!!!! Yep, its taken me 4 1/2 years, but I broke down and gave in to the demand!!! Now you can spend more time and enjoy your walk on the treadmill or your trot on the eliptical by watching videos, shows, or watch the news. Come check it out! |

Our CPR/AED Certification class is tomorrow!!! Starts at 9:30 AM. Sponsored by the Brogue Ambulance Assoc. If you haven't signed up and still want to come, we still have spots open!
Also, our EXPANDED HOURS start tomorrow! NOW Vision Fitness is open on Saturdays from 7am til 3pm!

Just finished up another AWESOME Ladies Strength Class! 8 ladies getting some Barbell Back Squats and some Kettle bell movements in for a great workout! Very cool to see new faces joining us all the time! You should too!!!
Don't think you can't, we have a wide variety of ages in our classes. From 17 to 78!! Ladies on all fitness levels join us for class. These classes are fun, exciting, informative, challenging, yet very rewarding!
You can join us for class on Monday and Wednesday nights @ 6:30 pm. |
